Selling your artwork via ARTBOXY only requires a few steps:
Setting up your seller profile (Stripe)
Enter your shipping address
Make your artwork available for sale and set prices
Once everything is set up, your works will be visible to collectors and can be sold directly.
To sell your artwork via ARTBOXY and receive payments, you need to set up your seller profile (Stripe) once. Here's how:
Go to your profile and open the "Seller Account" section.
Click on “Connect Stripe account” on the right.
Enter your email address and mobile phone number and confirm the code you receive via SMS.
Fill in your personal details completely and click on "Next".
Under "Business Details" you can enter your website. If you don't have one, select "I don't have a website" and add to the description.
Enter your bank details carefully! Your sales will be paid out to this account later.
Confirm all details with "Agree and Submit" to complete your seller profile.
Once your profile is set up, you can make your work available for sale and receive payments.

To make your work available for sale, you need to enter a shipping address.
Here's how:
1. Go to your profile and click on the "Seller Account" tab.
2. There, on the left, you'll find the address field where you can add or change your shipping address at any time.

Once your seller profile is activated and you have entered a shipping address, you can easily make your works available for sale.
Here's how to proceed:
1. Go to your profile and click on the "Artwork" tab.
2. Click on the desired artwork.
3. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and then on "Edit artwork."
4. Activate "Artwork is for sale" and add the following information:
- Size of the artwork (above the "Artwork is for sale" section)
- Selling price (in EUR)
- Shipping information (package size and weight)
5. Then you can click on "Edit artwork" at the bottom, and your artwork will be ready for sale.

Once a buyer purchases your work, the process proceeds as follows:
You will be informed about the sale directly in your profile and will receive a notification.
You have up to 7 days to accept or decline the order in your profile.
Once you accept the sale, the transport will be automatically prepared for you. You can easily book the pickup of your package and receive a shipping label to attach to the packaging.
Your artwork will be delivered to the buyer.
Once the buyer confirms receipt (within 14 days), the payment will be released to you.
The cost depends on your membership:
Premium members: 0% commission on sales
Standard members: 50% commission on sales
The cost of premium membership remains unchanged.
Payment will be made once your work has successfully arrived at the buyer's location and has been confirmed by them within 14 days.
Your payment will be securely held throughout the entire process. After confirmation, the amount will be automatically paid out to your registered account.
Yes, you set the prices for your work yourself. You have full control over your pricing and can adjust it at any time.
The buyer will pay the shipping costs.
The costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase and displayed to the buyer in addition to the selling price. This means that you, as the artist, have no effort involved in price calculation or processing.
Important: Please ensure you provide correct information regarding packaging size and weight, as this will affect shipping costs.
Buyers can easily purchase artworks directly through ARTBOXY – quickly, securely and worldwide.
Once a work is available for sale, an interested buyer can initiate the purchase with a click on "Buy now" . They then enter their delivery address and conveniently complete the payment via the platform, including shipping costs.
The entire process is handled securely and in a structured manner via ARTBOXY, ensuring optimal support for both the artist and the buyer.
You can easily view your sales and purchase requests in the "Orders" section.
There are two ways to get there:
• Click on the menu (☰) in the top left corner and select “Manage orders”
• Or click directly on “Orders” in the top right corner next to the message icon.
There you will find all your sales and can view their status at any time.
